Symbolism Map
In this project we had to create a new map with different symbols about yourself. We had two include 10 things about yourself, 1 goal for the future, a compass rose, a key and 7 different land features. At last we had to paint it with watercolors with the different techniques we learned in class.
Some of the symbols are:
a dog footprint - which represents my first and more lovely dog Patch
some music notes - Wich represents that i like very much music
In this project what was easy for me was drawing the map. When we started creating this project we had to do make and draft of how it was going to look. That was the easy part and drawing the symbols too. When i finished drawing the draft in the final paper i made it perfectly. Painting was easy, but the small things i had to paint were very complicated becasue they were in the island and the colors mixed so i had to paint again.

Half Portrait
In this project we had to draw half of our face and then shade it so it loos similar to the missing half. We first had to take a picture of ourselves only the face. Then print it in black and white and cut half our your face in whatever form you wanted , but it had to have an eye a piece of nose and mouth. When you finish cutting it you paste the half you wan in a paper and start drawing. After pasting you start drawing the half of your face and with the help of the blending stick shading it. We used the other half of the picture to guide ourselves and know were to draw each things. We had to be careful with details and shading.
In this project there were many difficult parts but what was easy for me was shading the drawing and drawing the shoulders and head. The most difficult part was drawing the elements of the face like the eye and the mouth.

Semester Exam
This was the semester exam for art. In this project we had to create a unique piece of art. For creating this piece of art we had to follow the instructions that told you the lines, shapes and details that you had to include. After making all the lines and shapes we had to paint them. We had instructions for painting too. Some of them we had to do shading pointillism and crosshatching and then paint the other ones in whatever way we wanted. At the end you have a unique colorful piece of art.
This project was the most easy i had to do. In this project everything was easy for me i didn't had no problem doing it.
